From the West
Take 40 East to 440 East
Exit onto West End Ave
Go Left off the ramp onto Murphy Rd and Left at the 1st light onto West End Ave
Go Right onto Blakemore/ 31st Ave South
Turn Left on 24th Ave
Go Right on Children’s Way
Enter The South garage on left

From The East
Take 40 West to 440 West
Exit onto 21st Ave
Turn left at Blakemore
Turn right onto 24th Ave
Go right at Children’s Way
Enter The South garage on left

Pull a ticket and park at the top of South garage. Bring your ticket in to be stamped. You will be getting a parking pass your 1st day.

Exit garage on the ground level facing the Emergency Department. Cross Pierce Ave and enter the revolving doors on Left athe Preston Research Building. You will see signs to the Vanderbilt Clinic. The Pediatric Rehab department is located at 1702 The Vanderbilt Clinic. Let the front desk receptionist know that you are here. If you need further directions call 615-343-1441.
