7/26/2002 - Ekdall to lead VMG Childrens Services
Phyllis Ekdall has been appointed chief operating officer for VMG Childrens Services. Ekdall will provide leadership for outpatient and departmental clinical functions.
She will also hold the position of Administrative Director of Clinical Services in Pediatrics, providing consolidation of leadership between VMG and the School of Medicine for pediatric clinical operations and administration.
Fox Foundation accepts applications
The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinsons Research is accepting investigator-initiated grant applications for research investigating the role of protein degradation or handling in the process of nigrostriatal degeneration that underlies Parkinsons disease.
