King for a day

3/31/2006 - Jim Phillips, a first-year Vanderbilt University School of Medicine student, is crowned "Man Among Men." The award is given to the first-year male student who grows the worst-looking beard, and was presented by last year’s winner, Jacob Kaufman. Winners are awarded a can of cheap shaving cream and a plastic razor.
