6/06/2008 - A team from the Vanderbilt Diabetes Center participated last Saturday in the Tour de Cure, a bike-riding event in Murfreesboro to benefit the American Diabetes Association. Participants could choose among 20-, 40-, 70- and 150-mile rides and were sponsored with pledges from family and friends. Tour de Cure rides are held all over the U.S., and last year raised more than $13 million, according to the ADA.
