Meeting Registration
While there is no registration fee for the meeting, all participants are required to register with the organizers using the attached form.

Hotel Registration with Reduced Rate: Thursday, September 11, 2008.

Hotel Registration
Arrangements have been made with the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University for a nightly rate of $189.00 + tax. Please make reservations directly with the Marriott at 1-800-285-0190 or 1-615-321-1300. All reservations must be guaranteed by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Please reference “Ocular Symposium 2008” and group code VOCVOCA. Please make your reservation as soon as possible.

Poster Submission
We will accept posters from any registered participant who has completed and submitted the meeting registration form. Anyone may register for the meeting and attend without presenting a poster.

Young Investigator Travel Award
We will award a limited number of Young Investigator Travel Awards to investigators in an official training position: graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, medical students, residents, or clinical fellows. Please fill out the pertinent information on the registration form.
