- Contact the Employee Assistance Program.
Credentialing: Questions about your medical staff privileges or credentialing documents?
- Renew your medical license or change your address online.
- National Plan & Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) website: Update address and taxonomy codes to ensure proper claim payment.
- Check the status of a Medical License Renewal.
- Renew your DEA online.
- Email Provider Support Services by email or by calling 615-322-3573 with questions regarding your medical staff privileges at Vanderbilt.
