Drug Enforcement Agency
DEA applications are required for all advanced practice nurses with prescriptive authority. You will complete Form 224 for a new application. The fee for a new application is $551 and is valid for three (3) years. Renewal of your DEA certification may be made online using the DEA Registration Renewal Form.
