CORES: Core Ordering and Reporting Enterprise System

 Search for core services here!

The Core Ordering and Reporting Enterprise System (CORES) has been designed to facilitate the purchase of products and services from a wide variety of VUMC research related core facilities and shared resources, and to provide detailed information to researchers and administrators about core purchases. CORES is operated and maintained by the VUMC Office of Research as part of its mission to support all VUMC researchers, core facilities and shared resources.

Once you have been set up as a user, you can review core-related charges for products and services you have purchased by using CORES on the web.

If you are already set up, you can access CORES here.

Our goal is to make CORES accurate, reliable, efficient and user-friendly.  We welcome your feedback.  Contact us with your comments, suggestions or requests for assistance in using CORES:

CORES was developed by the VUMC Office of Research under the direction of John F. Manning Jr., Ph.D., MBA, Associate Vice Chancellor for Health Affairs.
