Friday, May 3, 2013:           CORES upload to the General Ledger between 12 noon and 1 p.m.

General guidelines for CORES billing schedule

1st working day of each month:  CORES order entry deadline at 5 p.m.

3rd working day of each month:  CORES upload to the General Ledger between 12 noon and 1 p.m.

The Core Ordering and Reporting Enterprise System (CORES) has been designed to facilitate the purchase of products and services from a wide variety of VUMC research related core facilities and shared resources, and to provide detailed information to researchers and administrators about core purchases. CORES is operated and maintained by the VUMC Office of Research as part of its mission to support all VUMC researchers, core facilities and shared resources.

Once you have been set up as a user, you can review core-related charges for products and services you have purchased by using CORES on the web.
