have carefully read the Standards of Conduct and have had any questions concerning
the Standards answered by your supervisor or someone in the Office of Compliance.

If you have access to a computer and can use our web-based training system(http://www.mc.vanderbilt.edu/root/vumc.php?site=The%20Learning%20Center) please do. Once you arrive at this page choose the quick link entitled "The Learning Exchange" and log onto the system using your VUNetID and password. Use the Pledge Card below ONLY if you are not able to access the web-based training.
