Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is a Licensed Practical Nurse. She is credentialed by and is a member of AHIMA (American Health Information Management Association). Karen has worked for Vanderbilt since May 2008 in Health Information Management as both a Health Data Coordinator and a Utilization Management Specialist.
