Deconvolution and Live Cell Microscopy

The DeltaVision® Core by Applied Precision combines rapid live imaging with fast deconvolution. The system utilizes dual Xenon lamps for multiplexed imaging, while LED transillumination allows for increased light concentration without the need for mechanical shuttering. The DeltaVision is equipped with both 405nm and 488nm laser lines for photobleaching, photoactivation, and photoconversion. The WeatherStation™ environmental enclosure ensures high-speed live imaging in a temperature and CO2 controlled setting. Multi-point and paneled scanning allow the user to simultaneously record as many cells as needed. |
