Q: How do I get access to StarPanel?
A: Please contact the security manager in your department. You will need to sign a confidentiality agreement and then your security manager can request access. Soon after, you will receive your username and password via on-campus mail.
Q: Who do I contact if I have a problem with StarPanel?
A: The VUMC HelpDesk (3-HELP) is always a great resource when it comes to StarPanel problems. By contacting the HelpDesk, you not only tap into their knowledge base, but you also help in reporting a problem that others may be having as well. If the HelpDesk doesn't know the solution to your problem, they will have your EMR Specialist get in touch with you.
Q: Can I access StarPanel from home?
A: Yes! If your department believes you will need access from home in order to fulfill the responsibilities of your job, you can request this level of access. You will need a secure ID token in order to access StarPanel remotely. More information about this here.
