Project Description: The new Note Writer is a StarForm shell that takes the best qualities of QUILL, StarForms, StarNotes, dictation and hand written notes to provide users a tool in StarPanel to document outpatient clinical encounters. Each component is built into the form in a modular format making the tool versatile and intraoperable with other applications.
