Pharmacy Hemophilia Service

DescriptionThe Vanderbilt Pharmacy Hemophilia Service provides educational and therapeutic management services to patients of the Vanderbilt Hemostasis - Thrombosis Clinic.  In addition, the Pharmacy Hemophilia Service coordinates the Factor Program that provides factor and related supplies for patients of the Vanderbilt Hemophilia Clinic. 
  
Location (MAP)The Pharmacy Hemophilia Service is provided from the TVC Outpatient Pharmacy and is located on the first floor of The Vanderbilt Clinic building in Room 1815. Parking for the pharmacy is located across 22nd Avenue South in the Vanderbilt Clinic Garage.  If you are a patient being seen in the medical center for that day, parking is free.  Otherwise, parking is free for the first 30 minutes.
  
Hours of operationThe Pharmacy Hemophilia Service is open Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, and is closed on the weekends.  In addition, the Pharmacy Hemophilia Service is closed on most medical center recognized holidays.

You may contact the pharmacist on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week by pager.  To do so, please dial 835-0894, wait for the message, then enter your telephone number.  The pharmacist will return your call within 30 minutes.

Refill requestsRefill requests can be phoned into the pharmacy 24 hours a day at 615-343-2020.  If you have an immediate need, please page the pharmacist on call.
