| Location | The Vanderbilt Health Pharmacy at One Hundred Oaks is located on the second floor of One Hundred Oaks Mall. The Pharmacy is located at the top of the escalator to the left from the Main Entrance on the west side of the building. | ||
| Hours of operation | The Vanderbilt Health Pharmacy at One Hundred Oaks is open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, and is closed on the weekends. The Vanderbilt Health Pharmacy at One Hundred Oaks is closed on most medical center recognized holidays. Please call 615-936-1040 and follow the prompts for specific holiday schedules. | ||
| Refill requests | Refill requests can also be phoned into the pharmacy 24 hours a day. Please call 615-936-1040 and follow the prompts on the voice messaging system. Prescriptions without problems that are called in by 4pm will be ready the same day. Most prescriptions called in after 4pm will be ready the following business day. | ||
