| Description | The MCE Pharmacy provides prescription services to Vanderbilt employees and Vanderbilt patients. For information about the Vanderbilt Employee Prescription Benefit, CLICK HERE. | ||
| Location (MAP) | The MCE Pharmacy is located on the second floor of Medical Center East near the skywalk from the Vanderbilt University Hospital second floor lobby. If you are a patient being seen in the medical center for that day, parking is free. Otherwise, parking is free for the first 30 minutes. | ||
| Hours of operation | The MCE Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, and is closed on the weekends. The MCE Pharmacy is closed on most medical center recognized holidays. Please call 615-936-1040 and follow the prompts for specific holiday schedules. | ||
| Refill requests | To process a refill request over the internet, click HERE. Refill requests can also be phoned into the pharmacy 24 hours a day. Please call 615-936-1040 and follow the prompts on the voice messaging system. Prescriptions without problems that are called in by 4pm will be ready the same day. Most prescriptions called in after 4pm will be ready the following business day. | ||
