All stationery requests should go through Vanderbilt Printing Services. Orders may be placed on their website.
The templates on the Vanderbilt Printing site are the only official stationery templates for Vanderbilt University and Medical Center.
Electronic templates are now also available through Vanderbilt Printing. These are to be used for emailing only and not for printing on desktop or other printers.
For those who work in mainly academic/research areas and do not see patients, order the School of Medicine or School of Nursing stationery. Everyone else should order VUMC stationery.
We provide professional video to many parts of the VUMC community. We work with many of the market’s top video vendors as well as internal resources.
Procedures
Whether your project is a simple short web video or a long-form TV special, our procedure for filling your needs is the same. We use consistent elements to brand your project as a product of Vanderbilt.
Here's how the process works:
Distribution
Once your project is done, we can help you post your new video via social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter or YouTube. Our social media team will work with you to distribute your video through official Vanderbilt accounts.
Costs
All projects are quoted on a case-by-case basis. These costs are estimated by pricing total shooting time, staff time, editing time and cost for any needed graphics and/or animations.
Contact Us
Please contact Sharon M. Morris at sharon.m.morris@vanderbilt.edu or 936-0312.
If you would like to put an announcement on the Medical Center homepage, you've come to the right place. We'll design it for you and run it for seven days (longer if there is space). We'll need to know a couple of weeks ahead of time to be sure the space is available because we are limited to five announcements at a time. The cost is $100.
