In addition to our Inpatient Research Unit, we also have an Outpatient Autonomic Dysfunction Clinic. All patients in this clinic require a physician referral prior to being seen. If you are interested in being seen in our Outpatient Clinic, please have your physician send a referral note, along with a copy of your relevant medical records to the address below.
