Interim Administrative Director of Emergency Services
The Emergency Department enjoyes top level support by a reporting relationship straight to Pam Jones, Chief Nursing Officer via the Administrative Director of Emergency Services.
Jeanne Yeatman is the interim administrative director of Emergency Services, serving in this role after serving as program director for Vanderbilt LifeFlight. In that role, Yeatman oversaw one of the largest academic medical center-based transport programs in the country, averaging more than 3,000 trips each year.
Chris Ruckman, RN, MBA, CEN
Manager Emergency Services
As an experienced healthcare professional for the past 14 years, Chris has held positions as an EMT-B, ED nurse, Cardiovascular ICU nurse, ED Education Coordinator, and Nurse Manager. Chris earned an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (’00) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management / Public Health (’05) from University of South Carolina.
Marsha Price, M.Ed.
Operations Manager
Marsha is responsible for all non-clinical operations of the Adult Emergency Department. She has worked for healthcare organizations as large as HCA Healthcare, as an internal consultant, and as small as University Medical Center, as the Director of Organizational Development and Service Excellence. In addition to being a certified business coach, she has both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Human Development and Organizational Leadership from Vanderbilt University. In her years of service here at VUMC, Marsha has worked as an Elevate Coach, as Interim Director of Patient Affairs, and as Project Manager for VUH Nursing Services.
