Clinical Discovery Core
The Vanderbilt-Meharry Clinical Discovery Core (CDC) will facilitate all aspects of research involving human subjects, human biological materials and databases, and will coordinate community outreach. The term “Discover” emphasizes its goal of applying innovative approaches to translational research. The CDC will stimulate rigorous research into prevention, pathogenesis, treatment, and racial disparities of HIV infection.
