Count on Your Heart
During National Heart Month in February and National Nutrition Month in March, Health Plus
encourages you to lower your risk for heart disease by controlling what you can.
Measurements for blood pressure, height, weight and body mass index will be offered at Know Your Numbers stations throughout the month. Each participant will be entered into a drawing for one of 25 high-quality Accusplit Pedometers.
Please have your Vanderbilt ID with you at all Health Plus events.
