These nurses provide inpatient and outpatient teaching and assist with the management of ostomies, tube or skin problems. They act as a resource for nursing and other hopsital staff concerning wounds, ostomies and bowel and urinary continence. They also function as part of the Pressure Ulcer Prevention Team.
