Mindful…where making healthy choices becomes second nature.  Mindful believes in complete meals, entrees, sides, bowls of soup and snacks that are nutritious, taste great and keep you satisfied. Using the criteria listed below, we created all of our menu items. When you see the Mindful logo in one of our cafes you can be assured you are making a healthier choice. By readily sharing the ingredients and nutritional information of our Mindful meals, we are hoping to better educate you about which foods are part of a healthier choice so that soon making those choices becomes second nature…
