About the Center

 

 The Vanderbilt Center for Professional Health was founded in late 1997 with support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and Vanderbilt Medical Center. It was designed to be an educational, research and prevention resource to address matters of professional health. In particular, the Center offers the following services: 

  • continuing education on proper prescribing controlled drugs
  • continuing education on maintaining proper boundaries
  • continuing education on improving workplace behavior
  • research on matters of professional health and performance
