The following should be completed at least 30 days prior to attendance
  • A telephone interview with William Swiggart is required prior to registering for the course. Contact  the Center for Professional Health at (615)936-0678 to schedule an interview.
  • An assessment may be required to rule out certain conditions such as active drug and alcohol addiction and physical or psychological problems which would make participation in the course inappropriate and unproductive. If you have completed a comprehensive assessment or are currently in therapy, those records will be requested in lieu of an assessment.
  • After the phone interview with Mr. Swiggart, contact Ronald Neufeld at the Vanderbilt Comprehensive Assessment Program at (615)322-4567. He will mail a packet of pre-course screening instruments that must be completed and returned.
  • Attend the three day course followed by three one-day follow-up sessions over a six month period.
The course fee is $4500, which includes the follow-up sessions. There is no discount for missed follow-up sessions. Vanderbilt University School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for CME to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians. Vanderbilt University School of Medicine Division designates this educational activity for a maximum of 47.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for the completion of the course, homework and all follow-up sessions.
