Directions to South Garage and The Center for Professional Health:

From the North: Follow I-65 South towards Nashville.
Take exit number 86 toward Memphis. (.3 miles)
Merge on to 40 West. Stay in center lane (1.5 miles)
Take exit number 84A (40 East/65 South)
Merge right onto I-40 E. (1.0 mile.)
Take exit number 209B, towards US-70/Broadway/US-431/Demonbreum St. (0.2 miles)
Stay straight to go onto 14th Ave. N/TN-24 W/US-70 E. (0.0 miles)
Turn right onto Braodway/TN-1/US-431) (0.2 miles)
Turn slight left onto Broadway/TN-106/US-431 (0.5miles)
Turn slight left onto 21st Ave. S./TN-106/US-431 (0.4 miles)
Turn right onto Children’s Way Avenue
The South Garage will be on the right. 

From the West: I-40 to I-440. 
Take the first West End Ave. exit 
Turn left onto Murphy Rd. 
Turn left again onto West End. 
Turn right onto 21st Ave.
Turn right onto Children’s Way to access the South Garage.

From the East: I-24 to I-40. 
Take the Broadway/Church St. exit 
Turn left onto Broadway. (Broadway will become West End Ave.)
Turn left on 21st Ave. S. and continue to Children’s Way to access the South Garage.

From the South: I-65 to I-440. 
Take the West End Ave. exit 
Turn right onto West End. 
Turn right onto 21st Ave.
Turn right on Children’s Way to access the South Garage.

South Garage is open 24 hours a day. Use the entrance located on Children’s Way. The garage charges hourly and daily rates. We will provide a voucher to pay for parking. The garage is approximately two blocks from the Center Professional Health. 

The Center is located in the Oxford House, which is located between 21st Avenue South and Medical Center Drive. Leaving the Children’s Way exit of the garage, turn left and follow the sidewalk along Children’s Way to 21st Avenue South. Turn left on 21st Ave. The Oxford House on the left at the corner of Dixie Place and 21st Avenue South(about two blocks). The Vandy Deli is located on the lower level of the Oxford House (look for the sign). The Center for Professional Health is on the 11th Floor, Room 1107.
