Orbital Hypertelorism

Orbital Hypertelorism is a condition in which the position of the orbits is lateral to the normal position, causing the eyes to be too far apart.

This condition can be corrected with a procedure called orbital osteotomy. The excess bones between the eyes are removed, and the eye sockets are moved back toward the midline of the face.
