Diabetes Research

The Davis laboratory (honored to be the Amy Price Garrison Laboratory) at Vanderbilt University's Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, performs research in the area of Diabetes. Stephen N. Davis, M.D. is principal investigator of the lab and Chief of Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism. A leading diabetes researcher and clinician, Dr. Davis is the Mark Collie Professor of Medicine, Molecular Physiology and Biophysics.









The Davis laboratory performs human and animal research protocols approved by Vanderbilt's Institutional Review Board and The Division of Animal Care and Use Committee. Research is sponsored by federally funded grants, industry, and private foundations.
