Surgical Skills

As Dr. Tarpley once said, "If you can tie your shoelaces, you can be a surgeon." Surgical technique is not something that we are born with, but rather something learned with attention and practice. The General Surgery Interest Group hosts several surgical skills workshops throughout the year, and we encourage you to attend any that you can. Information about upcoming skills labs will be listed on the Schedule of Events page. Updated 12/5/2012
