Targeted Audience: Interm/Adv Levels
Class fee: Free to Dayani members. $10 per class for nonmembers or 8 class punch card for $70
Both standing and floor exercises are utilized to improve muscular strength and endurance, especially in the abdomen and low back. (all levels—Pilates II int/adv)
