The Vanderbilt Dayani Center is hosting a cooking class at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 8.
The planned menu includes:
- Strawberry & goat cheese farro salad
- Asparagus & salmon spring rolls
- Grilled tofu & veggies
- Raw beet & Jicama salad
