You must obtain valid "Numbered Card" from Front Desk to attend.
This one-hour class combines the cardio of spin bikes with the power of weight lifting. Open to all fitness levels, the class will move on and off the bikes for maximum benefit. Along with the bikes, participants may use hand weights, body bars, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, and BOSUS as part of the resistance work.
