When will my order be ready? This is the question asked most often by our clients. Everyone’s work is important and most need their order completed quickly to move forward with their project. Our goal is to complete all orders as quickly as possible working with our clients' samples in the order in which they were received. |
Can you rush an order? Yes, we can rush some orders. Whether an order can be rushed depends on how labor intensive the order is and the size of our workload at the time the order is delivered. Orders are considered “rush orders” whenever they are moved ahead of other orders to be completed by a certain date. There is an additional charge for all rush orders. Any rush orders must be approved by the lab manager.
