LEADERSHIP EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT SERIES (LEADS)

LEADS is a workshop series for Business Professionals about topics chosen by staff that will enable personal and professional growth within the workplace and community.  Topics are chosen to enhance personal and professional growth and will be held bi-annually.


MANAGING THE HAPPY, CRABBY, AND ALL THOSE IN BETWEEN
This workshop is the first in the Leadership, Education, and Development Series (LEADS).  Managing the Happy, Crabby and All Those in Between will bring together speakers from different entities of business to speak about what it takes to manage staff effectively and efficiently, what makes a good manager and how they relate to staff, guests, patients, customers, and players, and each person will share how they motivate and encourage their staff or customers to work cohesively.
