Melanie Leslie, PhD

Memory & Aging Project Research Coordinator

Melanie Leslie obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Grinnell College in Iowa and her Ph.D. in neuroscience from Wake Forest University in North Carolina.  Melanie has worked at Vanderbilt since 2007.  Before coming to the Vanderbilt Memory & Alzheimer’s Center, she contributed to public health research for five years.  Since 2012, she has served as the Memory & Aging Project Research Coordinator.  Her responsibilities include participant recruitment and enrollment, data collection, and retention activities.
