VUMC Parking & Transportation Services

First Day Orientation Parking

Faculty, Physicians, Staff, and Students are able to park for the first two days in the N Lot.  After the first two days, a parking permit is required if parking at the Medical Center or OHO campus..

 Registering to Park

New employees can sign into their account (yellow box to the right) to obtain a parking permit.  You will need to know the following:

  • VUNET ID, that is active for at least 48-72 hours
  • License Plate number, make, model, color, style, and year for vehicle
  • Access to a printer

All permit fees are payroll deducted once a month.

Employees may also register for Lot 127, a free lot, located at 625 Chestnut Street. Visit the VUMC Parking Permit Office and complete a Parking Agreement. You will need your VUMC I.D. Badge and current vehicle registration.  Those parking in this lot are provided with free shuttle service to and from VUMC.
 

Night shift staff can purchase these permits in person at the VUMC Parking Permit Office.
