New Staff / VTS Parking

Welcome to Vanderbilt Medical Center!
Parking registration is required of all employees that park vehicles on the Vanderbilt campus.  Medical Center staff can register their vehicles at the Parking Permit Office, located in East Garage, level G, on Medical Center Drive (across from the Hospital).  Parking lot spaces and garage spaces are distributed by availability.  

New Staff will be issused temporary parking until permanent parking can be found. The Temporary Parking Rate for all new employees is $30 a month.


You will need the following information to register online: 
  •      Vehicle Registration
  •      I.D. Badge
  •      $5 deposit for Access Gate Card (cash, check, credit card)
 
All permit fees are payroll deducted.

As a new parker to the Medical Center, you are placed in a pre-determined temporary location for $30 per month. This is a temporary assignment until regular parking becomes available in the NLot. During this time, you are given options to place your name on waitlists for other garages.

A free parking lot, Lot 127, is open for all employees and is located next to Greer Stadium.  Those parking in any surface lot, including Lot 127, are provided with FREE shuttle service to and from the Medical Center. Shuttle service for Lot 127 is provided on the Chestnut Route.  Please see the shuttle page for more information regarding the shuttles.

Crystal Terrace or Village At Vanderbilt Occupants
If you are an occupant of Crystal Terrace, you have the option to purchase a parking permit for South Garage Roof with authorization from your department.
If you are an occupant of the Village at Vanderbilt, you have the option to go to purchase a parking permit for South Garage Roof.
