MCSE Client List Management

Departments and clients may not have skilled staff to maintain their lists. It is also time consuming to develop a department specific list. MCSE suggests a service for mailing list maintenance to departments.

  • Client contracts for maintained list service, we start with a clean and current list. The Client can provide the data, or criteria for their list. A onetime setup fee is associated with the original list definition and standardization.
  • When the Client department is using MCSE Event Planning, their list would be covered by the standard Event Planning fee without preparations by the Client Staff.
  • NCOA move check can be performed on the Client Mailing List data as part of an annual maintenance service.
  • The Client can request their mailing list for their own purposes outside of the MCSE event planning. A specified number of retrievals would be covered by the annual maintenance fee. If materials are involved, charges would apply.

  • Collect and assemble list
  • Client lists are combined, cleaned and verified with NCOA.
  • Client source data becomes part of the MCSE managed database

 

Invitations - Future mailings and lists

  • Data is ready on demand for future events by client department.
  • Client department may request export or printed materials.

 

Update: Changes and additions

  • Client provides MCSE with changes to staff.
  • NCOA is included with routine maintenance.
