Nursing Education and Professional Development

Crystal began her nursing career in 2003.  She has experience in both Adult and Pediatric Nursing and in addition, is a Certified Pediatric Nurse and BLS Instructor.  Crystal has been working in Nursing Education since 2008 and enjoys teaching others.  Originally from North Carolina, Crystal graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  She currently facilitates the Preceptor Program, VMG Clinical Orientation and is a Contact Hour Nurse Planner for VMG.  She also develops, facilitates, and coordinates education and training efforts for Vanderbilt Medical Group. 

Crystal enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  She also enjoys traveling and listening to live music.
