
Rachel is a graduate of Western Michigan University where she received her Bachelor’s in Science, majoring in Interdisciplinary Health and Human Sciences. She is currently attending Bethel University and is set to graduate with her Master’s of Business Administration in November 2012. She began working with Monroe Carell Jr. Children Hospital at Vanderbilt in 2010 with the Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Department. Her more recent experience has been with the Children’s Hospital Float Pool and Administrative Coordinators. Rachel is currently a Program Coordinator with Nursing Education & Professional Development for Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, where she works with the Nurse Residency Program, new hire orientations, Pediatric Acute Care Education (PACE), Advanced Critical Care Orientation, Critical Care Orientation, and Basic Arrhythmia Programs.
Outside of work, Rachel loves spending time with her husband, Brandon, and son, Owen Michael. She also loves to travel; her most recent vacation was to the Florida Keys.
