Vee began her nursing career as a diploma graduate from the Mobile Infirmary School of Nursing in Mobile, Alabama in 1969. She earned her BSN at The University of Tennessee in 1978, her MSN from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in 1979, and her PhD in Higher Education Administration at George Peabody College for Teachers of Vanderbilt University in 1983.
Vee coordinates critical care education, including basic arrhythmia classes, in Nursing Education and Professional Development. She also serves as an Instructor in Advanced Cardiac Life Support courses and Fundamentals of Critical Care Support courses for the Medical Center.
Vee loves to travel and enjoys vacationing with her family every summer in Maui.
