VMG Clinical Orientation

VMG Clinical Orientation is geared toward newly hired clinical staff working in the outpatient clinical areas.

Orientation varies in length depending on the specific needs of the work area and the individual’s prior work experience/skill-level.
Through skill review, didactic and discussion sessions, and computer system training, staff learn how to adapt to practice in the Vanderbilt workplace.
