S3: Success, Strategy, and the Scope of Nursing Leadership: A Series


The S3 series focuses on providing instruction and coaching on practical strategies for the nurse who is in the new role of Charge Nurse or Assistant Nurse Manager. 

This two-day course highlights resources, communication skills, interpretation of reports, and performance evaluations.  The goal of this course is to provide the participant with basic tools and resources to begin a successful transition into a nursing leadership role.

Target Audience Targeted for new Charge Nurses, new Assistant Nurse Managers, and new Nurse Managers.  Non-nurse front line leaders with less than a year of experience could also benefit from course content; elective programming.
