Welcome to the education website for Critical Care.

 

This website is dedicated to all those healthcare professionals that want to learn (and teach) about critical care in general, and neurointensive in particular.

The Neurocritical Unit at Vanderbilt University is a large (22-bed) ICU with state-of-the-art telemonitoring. Neurosurgical and Neurological patients are cared for by neurological nurses, respiratory therapists, physical, occupational and speech therapists, and nutritionists.

The medical team includes residents from Anesthesiology, Neurosurgery and Neurology, all collaborating in a strong collegial environment.
