Randy Williamson, M.D.

Assistant Professor of Neurology and Pediatrics

 

Randy Williamson, M.D., earned his medical degree from the University of Autónoma, in Guadalajara, Mexico.  He then pursued general pediatrics training at the University of Mississippi, prior to completing his child neurology residency and subsequent clinical neurophysiology fellowship training at Vanderbilt.  Prior to joining Vanderbilt's faculty as an Assistant Professor of Neurology and Pediatrics in 2011, Dr. Williamson was a faculty member at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and Arkansas Children's Hospital.

He has special clinical interests in pediatric critical care neurology, epilepsy, and general child neurology.
