Scott Kutscher, M.D.

Biographical Sketch

Dr. Kutscher graduated magna cum laude from Binghamton University in 2003, with a B.S. in Biology, and went on to medical school at the University at Buffalo, graduating in 2007. He finished an internship in internal medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx the following year, and completed his neurology training at Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Kutscher joined Vanderbilt University in 2011 as a fellow in sleep medicine, and after completing his fellowship in 2012, was named assistant professor.

Research Summary

My research interest is in the relationship between sleep and athletic performance, and sleep and concussion.
