The Department of Neurological Surgery  has a long tradition among the surgical specialties represented at Vanderbilt Medical Center. We provide excellent comprehensive care for pediatric and adult patients with disease or injury involving the brain, the neurovascular system, the spine, and the peripheral nervous system, while also educating tomorrow's Neurological leaders and advancing research in the Neurosciences.
