![]() | Best Nursing Team MICU This unit was very welcoming--everyone--MD, NP, MR, RN and CP all took the time to welcome us and were glad to offer us opportunities to learn. This is the unit where I specifically see the terms, "shared governance and magnet recognition" come to life. |

![]() | Outstanding Preceptor Ginny King She took the time and made the effort to make sure I had a great experience and got to see all the different aspects of the unit. She took time to not only find resources but to help me read through them to better understand our patients' conditions. |
![]() | Best Nursing Team Pediatric Intensive Care Unit They demonstrated a great amount of teamwork and support between one another and were more than willing to help each other out. Although the patient's had very high acuity and some of the situations were difficult, the unit was still a positive, calm, caring and friendly place to be.

She even went as far as to give me handouts to help me as a new nurse. She demonstrates and maintains a positive attitude while at work. She is enthusiastic about nursing and promotes the mission and credo values. She was an excellent preceptor all around. |
