What is the Difference in Partners In Health and Community Giving Campaign?
Partners In Health is the internal giving campaign at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. All gifts from faculty and staff directly benefit areas within the Medical Center.
The Community Giving Campaign provides faculty and staff the opportunity to give to the community at large.
What is Philanthropy?
Very simply, philanthropy is the support of a passion, and that support stems from reasons that are very personal. One consistent reason for these gifts: to make a difference, a measurable impact on an area that is very important to us as individuals. Philanthropy is giving at any level. Gifts from many individuals are pooled to make a big difference.
At Vanderbilt University Medical Center, philanthropy plays a major role in the work we do. Every person who is committed to the mission of the organization plays an important role in philanthropic giving. This is our time to shine. As we have established ourselves as one of the top academic medical centers, we have made a place for our Medical Center on the international stage. As leaders, it is our responsibility to show the world our support for our mission and values, and as we do we will see others' confidence in our work grow even more.
Thank you for your support of Partners In Health!
