While personal references need not accompany the application form, three (3) references from individuals who are familiar with the applicant's academic and/or professional experience and personal character are required on personal or business letterhead stationary to complete the file. Additionally, official transcripts from all institutions of higher learning attended by the applicant shall be forwarded to the above-stated address. A non-refundable $75.00 application fee should accompany the application form made payable to VUMC .

The application deadline for the upcoming academic year (2014-2016 class) is Friday, November 15th, 2013.  After completion of the application process, qualified candidates will be notified of an invitation to attend a required interview with the admissions committee and a tour of our facilities. Interviews will take place in January 2014.
