I'm Cindy Kildgore and I am the Director of Perioperative Services responsible for MCE OR, GYN OR, and VOR. These areas employ over 450 staff members including a leadership team that consists of 5 Managers and 10 Charge Nurses. These units specialize in General, General Oncology, Robotic, Urology, GYN, Vascular, Emergency General, Ortho elective/Ortho trauma, ENT, Ophthalmology, Hepatobilliary, Transplant, and Level 1 Trauma surgeries.

Our team members are very team oriented, able to multitask, and extremely patient-focused in a highly technical, fast-paced environment. Surgical team members are patient advocates and provide high quality exceptional care.
